Summary
This study compares brain aging in 200 people—half with multiple sclerosis (MS) and half healthy—using advanced MRI scans. The goal is to see if MS speeds up brain aging and to find better ways to measure it. Participants will have MRI scans and assessments, but no treatment is given.
