Summary
This study uses brain scans (fMRI) to see if people with severe sleep apnea have unusual brain activity while awake, and whether CPAP treatment changes that. Researchers will compare 70 participants—some with sleep apnea and some without—to understand how the brain compensates for breathing problems during sleep.
