Summary

This study watches brain activity (EEG) in 330 people during routine anesthesia or sedation to see how it relates to drug levels and patient responses. It includes children (some with autism), adults over 70, and adults having sedation for endoscopy. No treatments are changed—the goal is to better understand and potentially improve anesthesia monitoring.
