Summary
This study is creating a worldwide registry to track how well different surgical treatments work for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition where the prostate gland enlarges and causes urinary problems. Researchers will collect data from 7,500 participants to compare symptom relief, quality of life, and complications over time. The goal is to provide real-world evidence to help doctors choose the best treatments for their patients.
