Engineered immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called BOXR1030 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific marker (GPC3). The treatment uses specially designed immune cells given after chemotherapy to help fight the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 7 adults aged 18 to 80 with certain cancers like liver or lung cancer are taking part.
