Summary
This study tests whether adding a person's own concentrated bone marrow cells to standard hip decompression surgery can stop or slow the bone death that leads to hip collapse. It includes 192 adults with early-stage osteonecrosis (before the hip ball collapses). The goal is to preserve the natural hip, reduce pain, and avoid or delay the need for a hip replacement.
