Can a weekly pill and lifting weights rebuild aging bones?
NCT ID NCT07191353
Summary
This study aims to see if a weekly pill called everolimus, strength training, or both can help improve bone and muscle health in women aged 60-75 who have low bone density. Researchers will compare these approaches to a control group that does not receive the active treatment. The goal is to find better ways to manage bone loss and prevent fractures as women age.
