Summary
This small study tests a dental implant technique that leaves a piece of the natural tooth root (socket shield) and uses a mix of growth factors and bone graft material to support the implant. Seven adults needing a front tooth implant will be followed for 6 months to check bone levels and implant stability. The goal is to see if this approach helps preserve jawbone and improve implant success.
