This study compares two methods of rebuilding jawbone in people who have lost bone and need dental implants. One method uses the patient's own bone, and the other uses donated (allogeneic) bone. The goal is to see if both approaches are equally safe and effective at restoring enough bone width for implants. About 26 participants will be followed for up to five years after implant placement.
