Summary

This study tests whether adding bomedemstat to the standard drug momelotinib can help people with myelofibrosis, a type of blood cancer. It is for patients whose spleen is still enlarged or who have low blood counts despite taking momelotinib alone. About 40 adults will take both drugs for 12 weeks to see if their spleen size reduces by at least 35%.
