Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called LY2784544 in people with three types of blood cancers known as myeloproliferative neoplasms: polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, and myelofibrosis. The trial enrolls patients who have not responded to, cannot tolerate, or have stopped responding to standard treatments, including ruxolitinib. The main goal is to see how many patients respond to the drug, with additional measures including molecular changes, spleen size, and symptom improvement.
