Summary

This study looked at whether learning to play Go or Chess can help people with mild memory issues think better and feel better. 80 adults with early cognitive decline were split into groups that played Go, Chess, both, or neither for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in thinking skills, mood, and quality of life to see if the games made a difference.
