Summary

This early-stage study tested a single dose of an experimental drug called BNC in 75 healthy volunteers aged 55 and older. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it, as a first step toward possibly treating Alzheimer's disease. Participants took either BNC or a placebo and were monitored closely for side effects and drug levels in the blood.
