Summary

This study looks at how diet, exercise, sleep, stress, social connections, and substance use affect heart and mental health in healthy adults aged 40-65 from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Participants will wear a fitness tracker and complete surveys over 6 months. The goal is to learn how a physical activity program can improve overall health and guide local health policies.
