Summary
This study is testing whether a new blood test can help doctors better diagnose depression and schizophrenia. Researchers will follow 500 participants with these conditions to see if the blood test can distinguish between different diagnoses and predict who will respond to treatment. The goal is to find a more objective tool to guide mental health care.
