Summary
This study is testing a new blood test to see if it can accurately detect colorectal cancer and precancerous growths called adenomas. It aims to provide a less invasive screening option to help find these conditions earlier. The test will also be evaluated for people with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that increases cancer risk.
