Summary
This study aims to see if a blood test can help doctors diagnose Alzheimer's disease early, when symptoms are still mild. Researchers will test 1,000 adults aged 55 and older who have memory or thinking concerns. The goal is to find a simple, accurate way to detect Alzheimer's in primary care, so patients can get help sooner.
