Summary
This study aims to collect blood samples from 1,000 patients to see if a 'liquid biopsy' blood test can better predict which small colon growths are cancerous and which are not. The goal is to help doctors decide if a patient needs surgery or can be safely monitored, potentially avoiding unnecessary operations. The study is not testing a treatment, but rather gathering information to improve future diagnosis.
