Summary
This study aims to create a better test to diagnose early colon growths found during screening. Researchers will collect blood samples from 1,000 patients to see if specific markers in the blood can accurately tell if a growth is cancerous and if it has spread to lymph nodes. The goal is to develop a non-invasive 'liquid biopsy' that helps doctors decide the best treatment, potentially avoiding unnecessary surgeries for patients with non-cancerous or low-risk growths.
