This study is testing whether a blood test (Quest AD-Detect) can help doctors identify Alzheimer's disease earlier in patients aged 60-90 who are hospitalized with confusion or delirium. The test looks for a protein linked to Alzheimer's. Patients with positive results will get follow-up care to confirm the diagnosis. The goal is to speed up detection and treatment for those with underlying Alzheimer's.
