First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at how blood pressure and artery stiffness change between day and night in 120 people at increased risk for heart disease, including those with kidney issues. Researchers want to understand who lacks the healthy nighttime blood pressure drop and whether taking medication at bedtime could help. Participants wear a 24-hour monitor and provide blood and urine samples to guide better heart disease prevention.
