First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a standard arm cuff to check blood pressure during robot-assisted prostate surgery works as well as the more invasive method using a tube in the artery. The goal is to see if the cuff method can prevent low blood pressure just as effectively. About 210 men scheduled for this surgery will take part.
