Summary
This study tests whether giving a drug called noradrenaline through a vein during surgery can prevent dangerously low blood pressure better than usual care. It involves 750 adults aged 45 and older having non-cardiac surgery. The goal is to see if this approach reduces episodes of very low blood pressure, which can lead to complications.
