Summary
This study is testing whether keeping blood pressure extra low during breast cancer chemotherapy is safer and more effective at preventing heart damage than standard blood pressure care. Researchers will compare two different blood pressure targets in 130 women receiving chemotherapy known to potentially harm the heart. The goal is to see if this intensive approach better protects patients' heart health while they fight cancer.
