First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at immune cells in the blood of 15 adults with seborrheic dermatitis (a chronic, flaky skin condition) and 15 healthy people. Researchers measured different types of immune cells and chemicals to see if there are differences between the two groups. They also asked about diet to explore possible links. This is a small pilot study meant to gather information for future research, not to test a treatment.
