Inclusion Criteria: * age 9-18 years * regular participation in organized sport climbing training for at least 6 months * participation in a climbing competition at least at the local level * written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian Exclusion Criteria: * acute illness on the day of assessment * medical conditions affecting resting metabolic rate * contraindications to bioelectrical impedance analysis * failure to complete study procedures * refusal or withdrawal of consent
