First seen Dec 03, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how blood sugar levels influence your motivation to be active or to rest. Researchers will give 40 healthy adults a drink (either with or without sugar) and then have them exercise. By measuring their desire to move or rest afterward, the team hopes to understand the link between blood glucose and motivation. Participants will visit the lab 5 times over 2-3 weeks.
