First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how temporarily restricting blood flow to the legs affects ankle muscle reaction time, balance, and joint awareness in healthy adults aged 18 to 40. Each participant will be tested under two conditions: one with a tight cuff and one with a loose cuff. The goal is to understand the immediate effects, not to treat any disease.
