Summary
This study looks at how different types of blood flow restriction (BFR) training affect strength and sprinting speed in competitive sprinters aged 16-30. Participants will be split into three groups: high-load, low-load, or passive BFR training over 6 weeks. The goal is to see which method works best for improving sprint performance and leg strength.
