NCT ID NCT07438535
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how different types of blood flow restriction (BFR) training affect strength and sprinting speed in competitive sprinters aged 16-30. Participants will be split into three groups: one using heavy weights with BFR, one using light weights with BFR, and one using BFR only between exercises. The goal is to see which method works best over a 6-week program.
