Summary
This study is testing a modified stem cell transplant procedure for patients with high-risk blood cancers. The goal is to see if using specific chemotherapy drugs in a timed sequence before and after the transplant can better control the cancer while reducing harmful immune reactions from the donor cells. Researchers are enrolling 204 patients to compare outcomes between those receiving cells from fully matched donors and partially matched donors.
