Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called BLKR201 in 128 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. Participants will take the drug or a placebo and stay at a research clinic for several days. The study also checks if food changes how the drug is absorbed and measures drug levels in spinal fluid in a small group.
