First seen Jun 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at adding a new drug, revumenib, to standard treatment for people with a specific genetic type of leukemia (KMT2A-translocation) that still has traces of disease after initial therapy. About 90 adults and children will be randomly assigned to get either the usual drug blinatumomab alone or blinatumomab plus revumenib. The goal is to see if the combination can clear the remaining leukemia cells more effectively and safely.
