New injection offers hope for uncontrollable eye blinking

Summary

This study tests a drug called DaxibotulinumtoxinA (DAXI) for adults with blepharospasm, a condition that causes uncontrollable blinking or eye muscle spasms. Twenty participants will receive DAXI injections for up to 12 months to see how long the effects last and how safe it is. The goal is to provide real-world information on managing this condition.
