Slow-flow vascular malformations — abnormal clusters of veins, capillaries, or lymph vessels — can cause pain, swelling, and appearance concerns. This study follows 60 children and adults who receive bleomycin electrosclerotherapy (BEST), a procedure that injects the drug bleomycin into the malformation and then applies brief electrical pulses to increase its local effect.
