Summary

This study tests a treatment plan for people with a rare type of muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Participants first receive chemotherapy (with or without immunotherapy), then a combination of radiation and low-dose chemo to try to save the bladder. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and effective for this specific cancer type.
