First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a treatment plan for people with a rare, aggressive type of bladder cancer (variant histology) that has grown into the muscle layer. The goal is to see if giving chemotherapy (with or without immunotherapy) followed by radiation and low-dose chemo can save the bladder and control the cancer. About 20 participants will receive this combination, and researchers will check if the full treatment can be completed within 45 days.
