Surgery tube test: does skipping it cut infection risk?

Summary
This study is comparing two standard surgical methods for bladder cancer. It will see if patients do better with or without a temporary plastic tube (a ureteral stent) placed during surgery to remove the bladder. Researchers will track 70 patients for a year to measure complications like infections and leaks.
