Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy can effectively treat muscle-invasive bladder cancer, with the goal of allowing patients to keep their bladder. Adults with localized bladder cancer will receive treatment and be closely monitored. If the cancer responds completely, they continue with immunotherapy; if not, they undergo surgery to remove the bladder.
