New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat bladder cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, tazemetostat and pembrolizumab, for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or is resistant to standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps control the cancer better than one drug alone. It is for patients whose cancer has progressed after platinum-based chemo or who cannot receive that type of chemo.
