Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests an experimental eye drop called BL1107 against a standard treatment (timolol) in 252 adults with glaucoma or high eye pressure. Participants use the drops twice daily for 28 days. The study measures changes in vision and eye pressure to see if BL1107 is safe and effective.
