Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called BL-M17D1 in 120 adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific protein (HER2) or a HER2 gene change. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it shrinks tumors. Participants must have tried at least one standard treatment before.
