Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M02D1 in people with advanced triple negative breast cancer or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 82 participants will take part in two stages to determine the best dose for future studies.
