New hope for tough lung cancer: experimental drug takes on standard therapy

Summary
This study compares a new drug called BL-B01D1 to the standard drug topotecan in 722 adults with small cell lung cancer that has come back after initial treatments. The goal is to see if BL-B01D1 helps people live longer. Participants must have already tried immunotherapy and chemotherapy without success.
