Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BL-B01D1 in 27 adults with advanced chordoma, a rare bone cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors. Participants receive the drug by injection, and researchers monitor side effects and how long the cancer stays under control. This is not a cure, but aims to manage the disease.
