Walk it out: study tests if staying active in labor lowers C-Section risk

Summary
This study looks at whether being mobile during labor helps first-time mothers have better birth outcomes, like fewer unplanned C-sections. About 714 low-risk women will either get standard care or use a special mobility system. Researchers will track labor length, pain medication use, and newborn health.
