NCT ID NCT04396899
First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a patch made from stem cells that is designed to strengthen the heart muscle in people with end-stage heart failure who cannot have a heart transplant. About 53 participants will receive the patch to see if it is safe and can improve heart function. The goal is to help the heart pump better and reduce symptoms, but it is not a cure and ongoing heart failure management will still be needed.
