First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study aimed to find biological markers (biomarkers) that could help doctors diagnose bradykinin angioedema and predict how severe attacks might be. Researchers planned to compare proteins in the blood of people with the condition against healthy controls. However, the study was terminated early after enrolling only 1 participant, so no meaningful results were obtained.
