Summary
This study compares three types of physical therapy for 90 children aged 6-12 with mild cerebral palsy: traditional therapy, active video games (exergaming), and exergaming with real-time muscle feedback. The goal is to see which approach best improves movement, balance, and motivation. Results could lead to more engaging and effective rehab for kids.
