Summary
This study tested whether a generic version of the diabetes drug Synjardy XR (empagliflozin/metformin) works the same as the brand-name version in the body. It involved 32 healthy adults who took a single dose of each version under fasting conditions. The goal was to check if the generic drug releases the right amount of medication, not to treat diabetes.
