Healthy volunteers help check if two pill strengths are equal

This completed phase 1 trial tested whether two different strengths (10 mg and 20 mg) of the experimental drug IMP4297 are processed the same way in the body. Twenty-eight healthy Chinese men each took a single dose of both strengths, with a week between doses. The study measured drug levels in the blood over 72 hours to compare how the body absorbs and handles each strength.
