This study tested whether a special bioelectric dressing can improve healing after a surgical procedure called de-roofing for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic skin condition. Twelve adults with HS had two wounds treated: one with the bioelectric dressing and one with standard gauze. The study measured how fast the wounds healed and the time to complete healing.
